| •1. Oversees and directs division/branch staff in all areas of day to day function •2. Responsible for management of the physical region office location •3. Develops goals and objectives for the region in coordination with the CEO •4. Responsible for the quarterly Division/Region Performance Report production, discussion, review, and monitoring thereof •5. Directs the recruitment, orientation, and marketing needs for the region •6. Reviews patient care documentation and participates in the quality assurance program •7. Assists with the development, review, and revision of procedures as they relate to the region •8. Responsible for productivity and attendance of fieldstaff within the region •9. Responsible for hiring, coaching, reviewing and disciplining region office staff, and management staff from the region •10. Submits recommendations regarding budgetary, staffing patterns, productivity standards and other resource needs •11. Works harmoniously with corporate department staff •12. Finalize all incident and complaint reports in the region •13. Performs all duties in compliance with agency policies and procedures. Adheres to all rules, regulations, code of ethics, guidelines and codes in federal, state and local laws which are concerned with the delivery of home based therapy services. Exempt Employee - Administration, does not qualify for over-time. |
